How to make the most of your self-led hypnosis audios?

  • Do not listen to the audio while driving a vehicle or operating machinery.

  • Download your audio into a device that is easy to use and portable so you can listen to it in the bedroom.

  • Set a reminder in your calendar to play the audio daily, for the next 21 days. Stick with one audio for now, we want your subconscious mind to easily absorb the new concepts.

  • Listen at night or first thing in the morning (or both), when you won’t be disturbed.

  • Keep your legs and arms uncrossed, as this registers as open body language to your mind.

  • Sitting or lying on your back are great positions for listening. You will feel very relaxed and your body will calmly let go so it’s important to be comfortable for the whole length of the audio.

  • Make sure you won’t be disturbed and turn your phone on silent mode so that you get the best from your self-led mini session.

  • Build it into your daily schedule and don’t miss it and you will see wonderful changes after 21 days.
