Quit Smoking For Good This Time
If you’ve lost count of how many times you’ve said, “That’s my last one,” you’re not the only one. Most people don’t actually want to smoke—they just can’t seem to stop. You know it’s not good for you. You’ve probably even tried before. But knowing and doing are two very different things.

That stuck place? It’s not about willpower. It’s in the subconscious.
And that’s exactly where we go to shift it.

Using hypnosis, a specific type of hypnosis (called RTT®), I help you shift the patterns that keep you reaching for that next cigarette, even when you’ve promised yourself you won’t. We go beyond the habit itself and work with the beliefs, stress responses, and emotional triggers underneath it.

In many cases, just 1–3 sessions is all it takes to quit for good.
Why RTT® Works When Other Methods Don’t
Unlike traditional talk therapy or surface-level hypnosis, RTT® goes straight to the part of the mind that runs on autopilot. That’s where smoking lives—not in logic, but in old emotional associations and outdated coping mechanisms.

In our sessions, you’ll:
-
Understand what’s really keeping the habit in place
-
Rewire the subconscious triggers that drive the urge to smoke
-
Strengthen your self-trust and belief in your ability to quit
-
Learn how to support yourself through cravings and withdrawal without fear or drama
And all of this is tailored to you—your reasons, your history, your goals.

What to Expect
Step 1: Clarity Call
We talk through your smoking habit—how it started, what keeps it going, and what’s getting in your way.

Step 2: RTT® Session
You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where we identify the core beliefs and emotional patterns linked to your smoking. Once uncovered, we begin the process of rewiring those beliefs so your subconscious is working with you, not against you.

Step 3: Personalised Hypnosis Audio
After the session, you’ll receive a custom hypnosis audio designed to reinforce the new beliefs we’ve created. Listening daily helps lay down new neural pathways—quietly building a life where smoking no longer fits.
