You're capable. You're high-functioning.
From the outside, you probably look like you've got it together.
But inside is a different story. There's a constant hum of not enough. A low-level anxiety you can't come out of. A tiredness that sleep doesn't fix. A voice that second-guesses every decision, then beats you up for being so hard on yourself.
You've tried things. Talked about it. Maybe tried to logic your way out of it.
But the feelings keep coming back, because the beliefs driving them are still there, untouched, underneath everything.
Most approaches work with the conscious mind, the part that already knows what it "should" do.
But the problem isn't knowing what you "should" be doing, is it?
Hypnotherapy goes deeper. In a relaxed, focused state, we bypass the thinking mind and work directly with the subconscious, where your beliefs about yourself, safety, and worth were formed. Often a long time ago. Often when you were too young to question them.
Change at that level isn't about willpower or insight. It's about updating the programming.

I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a method developed by Marisa Peer that draws from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, neuroscience, and regression work.
We don't spend months circling the issue. We go straight to the root.
What this looks like for you?
Sessions are online. You do this from home, in private, on your own schedule. No added stress trying to fit another thing in - I live on a farm in the Southwest, it takes hours to get here.
We work on what's actually running in the background: the belief that you have to earn your rest. That you're somehow behind. That everyone else has it figured out except you.
And we change it, by understanding where these patterns were coming from, and uprooting it all to plant better, more supporting beliefs.
Hear it from someone who's been there.
