HABIT ERASER: hypnotherapy for nail biting and stubborn habits

Stop doing the thing you've tried to stop a hundred times.

Three online appointments. One focused hypnotherapy session. A new response to an old pattern.

This isn't about willpower, is it?

You've tried the bitter polish, the reminders, the promises to yourself. It works for a day or two, then a stressful meeting or a long Zoom call comes along and your hands are at your mouth before you notice.

Before the good old self-judgement cycle starts, here's something worth knowing: touching your face is one of the oldest soothing responses you have. It started in the womb. Somewhere along the way, your mind hardwired it as the automatic response when stress hits. It's a well-practised shortcut, and shortcuts can be rewired.

What Habit Eraser Is

A focused, three-appointment program that looks at what the habit is doing for you and gives your mind another way to do it. Short, practical, and online.

Habits I work with: nail biting and skin picking, mindless phone scrolling, procrastination, and the stress and boredom habits you do without thinking.

Is this for you?

Habit Eraser is for you if:

  • You do it without noticing, especially when you're stressed or bored
  • You've tried to stop on willpower and it hasn't stuck
  • You want to work on it without months of process

How It Works

Consultation

We map when the habit shows up, what sets it off, and what it's doing for you.

The hypnotherapy session

We find where the habit started and give your mind a new response. You leave with a personalised recording to listen to daily.

Consolidation and reinforcement

We check what's changed, work through any triggers still hanging around, and you leave with a short reinforcement recording to keep the new pattern going.

$600 for all three appointments. Payment plans available on request.

Sounds familiar?

If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place:

  • You don't realise you're doing it until it's already done.

  • You hide your hands in meetings and photos.

  • You've stopped before, and it never lasted.

Hear From a Happy Client

I work in a corporate role and I used to be so embarrassed by my hands. I’d keep them under the table during meetings or hide them in photos. I’d bite my nails without even realising, especially during stressful days or long Zoom calls.

When I booked my session with Anna, I didn’t know what to expect. But honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. The session was incredibly calming, and she helped me understand how the habit was linked to old patterns of stress I hadn’t even noticed.

Now I don't need to self-sooth as much and when I do, I use the tips Anna gave me to regulate my inner states. I’ve noticed other areas of my life improving too, like how I manage pressure and how I speak to myself. And yes, my nails look great. I’m not hiding them anymore. I only wish I had done this years ago.
