Quit Smoking or Vaping. For Good, This Time.

The Last One Program. A 60-day online hypnotherapy program to break the habit at the root.

The Problem

You've probably quit before. Maybe more than once.

It worked for a while, then something pulled you back: stress, boredom, a drink in your hand, a bad day.

That pull comes from a belief sitting underneath the habit, not from a lack of willpower.

What This Is

The Last One Program runs over 60 days, with three online appointments built around one goal: making this the last time you have to quit.

We work directly with your habit-making mind to shift what smoking or vaping means to you. Change the meaning, and the pull loses its grip.

Here's what the program includes:

  • Session 1: consultation and a full hypnotherapy session

  • Session 2:  second hypnotherapy session around day 22-30, built on what has already shifted

  • Session 3: consolidation call, closing with a short reinforcement hypnosis

  • $1,200 for the full program, online from wherever you are

Why Online Works

Most smoking and vaping habits live in and around your home, where you feel comfortable and let yourself unwind. That's exactly why I want you there for your sessions, in the same space where you'll be rebuilding those habits into something new.

Working online means your new ways to unwind, or whatever is really driving the habit, get built right where you'll use them. Not in an office you leave behind and try to recreate later.

It just makes sense to do this where you live.

What To Expect

Before your first session, you'll fill out a short set of questions so the work is built around your triggers, your history, and what you actually want instead of smoking or vaping. No generic scripts.

Once that's done, we book your consultation. It takes around an hour, and we go through your answers and anything else that matters to your smoking or vaping.

Then the real change begins. Set aside two hours for the hypnotherapy session itself. Afterwards, you'll receive a habit-rewiring recording made from your session, so your new way of relating to cigarettes or vapes has something to hold onto every day.

Hear From a Happy Client

I'd been smoking for 47 years and started having lung issues, trouble breathing. I was worried about how many good years I had left.

The process was easy: a chat, an hour with Anna, then a 2-hour session. It felt like half an hour, caused no stress. I walked out thinking nothing had happened.

I haven't had a smoke in 3 weeks. I haven't coughed since the third day. I haven't woken up struggling to breathe.

If I can quit a 47-year habit just like that, I can probably do anything I want.
